Even the DNA sequence is dynamic

It’s not just that DNA is “managed” by the spatial dynamism of the cell nucleus and the complex structural folding and unfolding of the chromatin matrix. The DNA sequence itself is subject to continual transformation. It could not be otherwise, given that it must participate in the play of form, force, and movement underlying gene expression.
